Gender equality law means that men and women should be treated equally.

This law aims to abolish any discrimination based on gender.

This law seeks to address issues related to sexual harassment & gender-based violence.

Article 14 of the Indian Constitution has been formed to safeguard gender equality. 

 It states that - The State shall not discriminate against any citizen on only religion, race, caste, sex, place of birth, or any of them.

Both genders should be treated equally in the workplace regarding pay.

It ensures that men and women are given equal roles. 

In our country still, women encounter plenty of problems based on gender. 

 Both genders should be aware of the rights available to them.
